• This is strictly a NON-SMOKING unit and building.
• We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 
• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6)  persons over the age of 9 years.
• FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS- Any renter giving  incorrect information in an attempt to make a reservation under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of any advance payment, security deposit, and rental money. The party will also not be permitted to   check-in.
